  "very clean and great location...definately the best value for your money." (99328012)

  the location was perfect and it was very clean which in our opinion are some of the most important aspects with accommodation

  we were a bit worried about the locks to the bedrooms. Having said there was a safe provided in the room

  "It was hard to find the Palazzo Rosa; there is a sign that can only be seen from one meter away. Perhaps a sign at the turn-in off the street would be helpful; we had to ask several merchants before we actually found Palazzo Rosa." (97607533)

  large and clean

  We expected a better breakfast; Having stayed at many hotels in Europe with breakfast included, we know what to expect. The so-called Continental Breakfast is out and more nutritious breakfast is the norm.

  "Great stay, loved every minute." (97248008)

  Great room, friendly staff, great breakfast, housekeeping service was quick and excellent.

  Sign on the door was very small, a little bit difficult to notice. Air condition was confusing. Building front door was dragging, but was repaired before we left.

  Qualité prix très bon hotel au centre de Venise, proche du Rialto et de la Place Saint Marc

  La chambre donnait sur une rue bruyante

  "Great location for seeing the whole city. Close to waterbus stops and within walking distance of the train station and major attractions if you dont mind hauling your cases over what seems like millions of pretty little bridges. Id go back!!" (99340725)

  Very clean with the staff really helpful. Good location and quaint. Not the most modern, but if you need modern go to some other city!!

  "We were placed in an annex aprox 500 yards away from the hotel above a busy and noisey street which directly overlooked a resteraunt. We saw no one other than the woman who came to make breakfast in the morning. We had a noisy group of women in the room next door to our room which just exasperated the problems.There was no staff in the building to complain to at the time. From what we saw of the real hotel it looked very nice so I would reccomend it but if Booking at this hotel make sure you state that you do not wish to proceed if you are placed in the annex" (99703141)

We saw no one other than the woman who came to make breakfast in the morning. We had a noisy group of women in the room next door to our room which just exasperated the problems.
